With more than 11 years of talent acquisition and workforce experience, including eight years with Jackson Health System, Mariam brings a strong background in healthcare, corporate, clinical, non-clinical, and leadership recruitment. Her experience includes specialty and critical-role hiring, candidate-pipeline development, internship programs, workforce partnerships, and support for new healthcare operations.

Mariam completed Auburn University’s PMP Certificate Program, receiving formal training in project management principles and practices. With degrees in Psychology and Lean Six Sigma certifications, she combines project discipline, practical workforce knowledge, and individualized guidance.

Leadership within the military community: As an active-duty Army spouse, Mariam has developed leadership through military life, frequent transitions, community involvement, and advocacy for military-connected professionals. She uses that experience to guide military spouses and veterans through career changes, translate volunteer and transferable experience into professional value, and build connections with organizations serving the military community.

As an immigrant, military wife, mom, recruiter, and entrepreneur, she understands that career and workforce decisions are shaped by real responsibilities, transitions, and goals.
